The forward thruster units are a Kamewa Ulstein TT2000 DPN FP tunnel thruster and an Ulstein Aquamaster TCNS 73 / 50-180 azimuthing thruster. The Emergency generator is powered by a John Deere 6068TFM50 engine coupled to a 100kW Stamford generator. The main engines are freshwater cooled with Bloksma box coolers. The work deck area is 755 m2 with 5t/m2 deck strength and can carry 2500 tons and is fitted with two vertical mooring capstans and two Tugger winches. At the rear of the main deck, to starboard is a workstation for hydraulic equipment, cargo manifold and various other equipment, the deck above can be utilised for airlifting crew by helicopter. Two Hydramarine deck cranes are located aft of the accommodation on each side of the vessel and are used for deploying and retrieving the two Mare GTC700 MOB Boats and the Dacon Rescue Scoop. The vessel has a Cargomaxx system integrated loading system where all the cargo tanks can carry dry or wet cargo. Accommodation on board is provided for 31 people in 11 single cabins and 12 double cabins. All cabins have their own toilet, shower, TV and video.

Ex RNAS Fleet Tender ELKSTONE was built in 1970 in Cook’s Boatyard at Wivenhoe, Essex for the British Royal Navy to Lloyds A1. She has had an extensive renovation over the last four years and is now ready for new owners. She is prepared as a ‘blank canvas’ which allows her either to return to work as a survey, research, guard, cargo, dive or similar vessel or to be enjoyed purely as a pleasure craft. She retains three original holds, one large for general cargo, one medium with storage space (currently having 3x fuel IBCs installed) and one smaller hold forward with storage space, harbour generator (Lister-Petter AD1), and access to the chain locker. Her engine is a four-cylinder Lister Blackstone Diesel ERS4. She measures 23.1m by 6.8m beam and draws 2.2m at the stern. Her accommodation is original comprising a lobby accessed by main door port side leading to heads with shower/bath and lavatory port side and Captain’s Cabin with washbasin, large wardrobes and charcoal burner starboard. The main hold, engine room, wheelhouse and Galley/Saloon are also accessed from this lobby. The Galley is equipped with a stainless-steel 6-burner propane gas oven, double-bowl single-drainer stainless sink, fridge and adequate storage units. A Refleks diesel heater is centrally-placed to heat the adjoining Saloon which has seating on all sides and a swivel dining table.

We can develop 2 Newbuild 83.4m DP 2 PSV’s for Resale. The PX 121 PSV series are state of the art new vessels with high capacities and good station keeping capabilities. The hull form, with the ULSTEIN X-BOW® and the diesel electric propulsion system ensures exceptional performances with regards to fuel consumption, sea keeping, station keeping, speed stability and cargo capacity. Built by an A-Class Chinese shipyard with Ulstein Design & Solutions providing a comprehensive design & equipment package that includes basic and detail design, all major equipment, site support, construction consultancy and commissioning. This version of the medium-sized PX121 platform accommodates a total of 30 persons. The vessels have been prepared for an ROV mezzanine deck and a subsea crane for future installation. They will be built to DNV classification and in accordance to IMO’s SPS Code (Special Purpose Ships) for carrying specialised personnel, and will have OILREC class notation for oil recovery in emergency situations. The vessel is equipped with a dynamic positioning system IMO Class II. They have a load capacity of approximately 4,000 tonnes and a cargo deck of 840 square metres. Maximum speed is stipulated to be 14.5 knots. The vessels are suitable for worldwide operations. Delivery scheduled for June and November 2015.
