Construction Details
Steel Certificates from Makers are to be documented
Bottom plating : 6 mm.
Side plating : 5 mm.
Deck plating : 5 mm.
Bulkhead plating : 5 mm.
Tank plating : 5 mm.
Wheelhouse plating : 5 mm.
Bottom and side frames : 5 mm.
Deck girders : 5 mm.
Frame spacing : 500 mm
Tanks Capacities
Fresh water, oil fuel, tanks will be fitted with ventilation and filling pipes above main deck and level gauges in E/R for oil fuel tanks.

Oily Water : 1 X 100 Lt
A steel wheelhouse layout to offer an unobstructed view in all directions. The wheelhouse is to be designed to prevent damage when coming alongside. The wheelhouse have an access door in the aft bulkhead and is to be provided with the following windows;
One window at the front
Two windows at port side
Two windows at starboard side
One window at the back
The following equipment will be supplied and fitted in the wheelhouse;
Machinery instruments, alarms and emergency stops for both main and auxiliary engines will be arranged in the console
Electric horn
Switch board
Fuse box
The hull is to have hatches with suitable dimensions and sealing which shown on the GA Plan;
Double eye heavy duty Rubber fenders will be fitted horizontally around the vessel .
Mooring posts : 2 off amidships - 2 off forward
Double Bollards : 2 off aft
Lifting Lugs
4 steel lifting lugs double eye will be welded to the hull structure to allow an easy handling and lifting of the boat.
All tanks to be accessible through a manhole with approved dimensions and closed by a watertight cover secured by steel bolts and nuts.
Hand Rails
Hand rails fitted around wheel house both side as shown on the GA plan.
A steel mast for navigation lights, flags and antenna are to be fitted at the wheelhouse top deck. The mast is to be foldable type (bolted construction)
Stairs, ladders and climbing steps
Steel stairways fitted on the starboard side of the wheelhouse.
Steps welded at wheelhouse wall for access to the top deck.
All superstructure windows are to be of laminated glass and bonded by sikaflex system. Front window is to be fitted with electrical 12/24V screen wiper. Switch for wiper are to be situated in the dashboard.

The surface treatment system to be;
Further painting over sandblasted and shop primed plates from store, weldings and damaged areas mechanical brush cleaning before painting.
Propulsion and Steering System
Main engine is to drive the propellers through gearbox and stainless steel shaft. propeller shaft has to be fitted with aft and fore bearings, stern tube bracket and seal. Shaft bearings are water lubricated cutless type. Propeller made of MnBr material.
The following is the full engine specification for one main engines:

Outer bearing and stuffing box is to be housed in integral mild steel bosses, and protected with single plated deep skegs under.Propeller have to be rope protection same as previous boat.
Steering Gear
Steering provided with a powered hydraulic system that controls the rudder position. Ahead / astern direction and engine revolutions are controlling by a handle operated controls.

The Pumps all electrically driven capacity and head will be suitable for vessel condition and volume.
Fuel oil tanks will be fitted with valve and level indicator.
Engine room floor plates will be of 5mm AL chequer plate.
Anchor Arrangement
The anchor to be fitted one side of vessel. Chain locker will be arranged in forward space. 30kg anchor 8 mm x 5 m anchor chain and 20 mm dia 30 m anchor rope will be put at the port side of the Vessel together with a DC windlass with 400 kg capacity
Towing Winches
One unit hydraulic winch driven unit will be purchased and other parts two horizontal drum ,foundation ,connections will be designed and fabricated in our workshop and
installed in place by the yard. It will be fitted with two horizontal rope drum . The winch to be hydraulic motor driven type heavy duty. Yard will make construction of foundation of the crane according to second boat size.
Auxiliary Engine
One marine generating set .
Generator Set 220 Volts, 50 HZ
Main Generator Sets : 1 x marine generator
Hydraulic Pump : PTO or electrically driven hyd.motor
Wheel House Instruments
The following instruments fitted; Main Engine x 1
1 – Emergency stop push button
2 – High water temperature lamp
3 – Lubrication oil pressure low lamp
4 – Engine oil pressure indicator
5 – Engine tachometer with combined hour meter
6 – Battery indicator
-All equipment will be labeled to show clearly their function
-Main Electrical system shall be 12 V DC.
-Main engines starters and alternators are to be 12 V DC.
-One bank for main engine start min 120 A/h capacities
-One bank for generator engine start min 80 A/h capacities
-All batteries are in the plastic boxes
