Pilot 101 is a tough boat specifically designed for pilot work whenever safety, reliability and top performance are required. This model is based on the Patrol 101 model of which several units have already been delivered and are in service in Europe and Asia. This design has a proven track records of duties performed in tough Baltic sea and Indian Ocean conditions.

DESIGN CATEGORY AND APPROVED SAIL AREA
Class B boat - a vessel built to navigate on the offshore waters (200 miles and less) and can sustain up to wind force 8 Beaufort and waves up to 4 meters.
Approved sail area II (international waters).
HULL AND CABIN
The hull of the pilot boat is built of an outer shell and a main deck. Deck, sides, and bottom are routed with longitudinal and transverse structural elements. The hull is divided into three watertight spaces with two bulkheads (engine room, tank space, bow peak). An appropriate foundation for the power & propulsion is provided. The wheelhouse is built separately and subsequently mounted in the opening in the main deck. The construction material is aluminum alloy EN AW 5083-H321. The customer selects the final hull color. The hull is equipped with an adequate number of zinc anodes. The protective fence was made from the fittings F40x3 and F30x3 and the pillars. Pipe material AlMgSi0.5.
Adequate drains are provided on the main deck. Access to the bow peak is ensured through the inspection hole on the frame # 11 while the engine room approaches through the main deck opening. Access to the space of the tanks is secured through the opening on the main deck (within the cabin). On the roof of the wheelhouse there is a mast and a radar arch.
All stepping areas are coated with anti-slip coating.
POWER AND PROPULSION
1. Main engines and propulsion
The boat is equipped with twin Cummins QSB 6.7 engines, 261 kW (350 HP) each, and twin Castoldi TD 284 HC water jet propulsions.
2. Fuel system
The system consists of diesel fuel tank, fuel level indicators, elastic pipes, filters, valves and connections. The tank has a capacity of 780 l and is made of aluminum alloy EN AW 5083-H321. Connections exposed to the atmosphere and the seawater is made of stainless steel or aluminum alloy.
3.Main engine cooling system
The system consists of a suction cup with a ball valve, a seawater filter, an exhaust can, an exhaust temperature indicator, a discharge and the associated elastic pipes (per engine). Other components are an integral part of the engines. All metal armor is made of stainless steel.
All fittings and equipment exposed to the atmosphere and the seawater are made of stainless steel. The side fender is made of polymers, a robust D profile of 300 mm high, the maker is Fender Innovations B.V, the Netherlands (www.fenderinnovations.nl)
1. Crew accommodation
The crew area consists of a toilet and a salon. The salon is designed for the transportation of at least 3 persons, except the crew, and a worktable that can be folded into a bed by lowering.
2. Mooring and anchoring equipment
Electrical anchor winch, anchor chain 70 m length, 6 bollards, 6 fairleads, 6 balloon fenders, grapnel and 3 mooring ropes 30 m each.
3. Firefighting and rescue equipment
Defined according to CRS requirements. The fire fighting equipment consists of: a fixed fire fighting system MABO (ampoules) in the engine room, two portable fire extinguishers (powder, 6 kg), engine room temperature indicator and fire ax. Life-saving equipment includes: 5 life jackets and 2 lifebuoys and First aid kit.
4. Cathode protection
The boat is equipped with appropriate number of cathodes anodes.
5. Navigational and signaling equipment

• VHF radio transmitter, output power 25 W, compliant with the requirements of ITU Class A DSC and MED 96/98 / ES DCS and in compliance with GMDSS regulation, with DC-DC power supply 12/24.
• Navtex, 8" Color TFT, 40 characters, 20 lines, 518 kHz, 490 kHz, 4209.5 kHz
The lights are positioned in a saloon & toilet, tank compartments and engine room.
8. Indicators and displays
The following indicators and displays are set on the control console:

The bilge pump system consists of a level alarm, a bilge pump with a capacity of 46-98 l / min, a tank for oily water and the associated armature and elastic pipes. The tank is equipped with a level transmitter. Through a three-position valve, it is possible to pump the bilge into a tank of oily water or directly into the sea. Bow thruster drainage is carried out through the ball valve in the tank compartment. All deck fittings are equipped with non-return valves. All armor is made of stainless steel.
2.Potable water system
The system consists of a tap in the toilet, an expansion container, a pump with filter, a tank, and an associated armature and elastic pipes. All armor is made of stainless steel.
3. Waste water system
Gray water from the basin in the toilet and black water are collected in thin black / gray water. Through a three-position valve, it is possible to discharge the tank on the shore, or into the sea. The tank is equipped with a macerator pump. The toilet is washed with seawater. All reinforcements are made of stainless steel.
4. Ventilation system
The engine room space is ventilated by adequate forced ventilation. The toilet is equipped with a forced ventilation system, while the salon and all other areas on the boat are ventilated by natural ventilation.
5. Steering system
The steering system consists of a hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic pump mounted on the ship's wheel and the associated armature and elastic pipes.
6. Air conditioning system
Boat is equipped with Webasto Blue Comfort Classic 16000 Btu, heating and cooling system.
7. Electric Power system
• The boat has a 220V, 24V and 12V electric power system installed.
• There are 4 + 2 gel batteries (4x135 Ah + 2x65 Ah).
•The 220V mains power supply from the shore and charger has been installed, with a 30m extension cable
•Built-in inverters 220-24 / 12V for individual consumers.
• The Paguro 6000 (5 kW) generator is installed.
