The previous Owner spent 15 million Euros in rebuilding it to convert it into the project of his life, for worldwide navigation at the age of his retirement.
This included a total reconversion with new engines, etc. After about 10 months of use only, they had a fire in the accommodation. It did not affect the engine room or other areas that are reported to be intact but the accommodation was partially burnt and part of the electrical wires cut by the fire men who put out the fire.

The previous Owner could not repair the Vessel and it remained laid up for ages in a Spanish port until the Harbour Authorities took it over and sold it to the current Owners, who have moved it by tow to Spanish mainland.

So, current Owners have never used the Vessel yet and engines have not been run and Vessel has not been out of the water. The accommodation will need refitting too. However, Owners have experts on board and have obtained a taxation that is much higher than the asking price (450.000 Euros) even after the fire and in the condition she is in at the moment, due to the aforementioned special circumstances and very little use.

All pictures sent by the current Owners, who say that they show the current condition the Vessel is in. They have been doing some clean up on the accommodation lately and, as far as they have informed, it is now in more decent condition too.
